CRD Associates announced today that Kelsi Putnam and Lucas Coyle have joined its team as Policy Associates, working directly with clients focused on health policy, federal appropriations, and coalition management.
Kelsi Putnam, a graduate of William & Mary, joins CRD Associates after an internship with Applied Policy LLC, where she helped clients navigate the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulation of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and assisted with policy research projects, legislative summaries, and public presentations.
Lucas Coyle, who earned an MPH from The George Washington University and a B.A. from Rutgers University, completed internships with Trust for America’s Health (TFAH) and the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO), where he gained experience on policy issues including behavioral health, nutrition, pandemic preparedness, and federal appropriations.
